Overhead conductors have always been based almost entirely on bare aluminium, which is economical but faces significant challenges with thermal management.

SE01: Boosting Capacity for New Conductors, Indoors

New conductors can do more from day one. Designed for factory application, SE01 features AssetCool's proprietary photonic pigmentation system, lowering conductor temperatures by 25% and boosting capacity by up to 30%.

SE02: Boosting Capacity for Existing Conductors, Outside

Upgrading capacity doesn’t have to mean replacing lines. Applied directly to existing conductors, SE02’s advanced photonic coating boosts capacity by up to 30%, at just a fraction of the cost of reconductoring.

SE05: Quieter Power Lines

Rain induces “wet audible noise” due to corona discharge, which can make power line planning and voltage uprating difficult without substantial line redesign.

 

SE05’s advanced nano-coating creates a superhydrophilic surface, reducing corona noise by substantially more than 50%, making noticeable reductions in noise levels.
